Close the AI gap before your competitors do
Most companies know what AI could do for them. Few have it running. Kyver assesses your business at a fixed price, builds a plan around how you operate, and implements it with the controls your finance team and your auditors will ask for.

The gap is between possible and implemented
AI has been the headline for years, yet clear gains on the bottom line are still rare. The tools exist. What's missing is a plan built for your company, and people to implement it with the best options available today rather than last year's.
The gap will close on its own eventually. The companies that close it now collect the advantage while their competitors wait.
A fixed-price assessment, refunded when you build with us
A fixed-price engagement. We learn how your company runs, find where AI will pay off, and deliver a ranked implementation plan built for your business. Implement that plan with Kyver within 6 months and we refund the assessment fee.
What you walk away with
- A map of tools, data and processes, by department
- AI opportunities ranked by estimated return
- A security and governance review of the AI already in use
- A cost model for running the plan, month by month
- An implementation roadmap with milestones
- A readout to your leadership team
What we build into every implementation
AI that works in a demo is easy. AI you can trust with real money, real data and real customers needs five things handled from the start.
- SecurityHow do you keep AI agents from reaching data or taking actions they shouldn't?Catch AI attempts to reach data or take actions outside their permissions, and block them before they run.How we handle security
- GovernanceCan a bad prompt trigger a financial transaction you can't take back?Decide which AI actions need a human sign-off, and make sure nothing irreversible happens without one.How we handle governance
- CostHow do you keep AI token costs from running away?Run most AI work on hosted models that aren't metered by the token, so the monthly cost is predictable. How we handle cost
- TraceabilityWhen an AI-driven task goes wrong, how do you find out what happened?Record every AI session step by step, so failures can be investigated and fixed instead of guessed at.How we handle traceability
- MaintainabilityShould we build AI in-house or bring in an outside firm?An outside team with no internal politics, that stands behind what it builds and keeps improving it.How we handle maintainability
How an engagement runs
- 01
Discover
Working sessions with each department. We map the tools, data and processes your business runs on.
- 02
Assess
We find the manual work, bottlenecks and risks, and estimate what AI would save in each place.
- 03
Plan
A ranked plan: what to build, in what order, the expected return, the running cost and the controls each piece needs.
- 04
Implement
If you go ahead, we build it, with security, governance, cost control and tracing in place from the first release.
- 05
Manage
We run, monitor and improve what we built, and keep it current as models and tools change.
Built for the companies everyone else underserves
Businesses between $10M and $200M in revenue have the most to gain from AI right now, and the fewest good options for getting it done.
- Large consultancies
- Priced and staffed for enterprises. A mid-market engagement gets the junior team and the enterprise invoice.
- Software vendors
- Their plan always includes their product. Nobody is assessing whether it fits how you operate.
- Freelancers and small shops
- Can build a pilot. Rarely around a year later to secure it, maintain it and answer for it.
- Your internal team
- Knows the business, and works inside its politics. When the builder moves on, so does the knowledge.
Kyver is a specialist team that assesses objectively, builds with current tools, and stays to run what it built. Why mid-market companies choose Kyver
The same team as Sightsource. Kyver is a sister company of Sightsource, which has built and supported custom business software since 2009.
About KyverQuestions we hear first
What does Kyver Applied Intelligence do?
Kyver is an AI consulting firm for mid-market companies. We run a fixed-price assessment of where AI can help your business, deliver a company-specific implementation plan, then build and manage that plan with security, governance, cost control and traceability included.
Who is Kyver for?
Companies with roughly $10M to $200M in annual revenue that want results from AI now and don't have a dedicated AI team. Large enough to gain a lot, and usually too small for the big consultancies to serve well.
How much does the AI assessment cost?
The assessment is a fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. It depends on the size of your company and how many departments are in scope, and we give you the number on the first call.
How does the assessment refund work?
If you implement the plan with Kyver within 6 months of receiving it, we refund the assessment fee. The terms are written into the engagement agreement you sign before we begin.
Why focus on mid-market companies?
Large consultancies are priced and staffed for enterprises. AI vendors recommend their own product. Freelancers rarely stay to maintain what they build. Mid-market companies are big enough to gain a lot from AI and are often underserved by all three.
How is Kyver related to Sightsource?
Kyver is a sister company of Sightsource, a custom software firm that has built and supported business software since 2009. Kyver's work is done by the same team, with the same track record.
Do you work with the AI tools we already have?
Yes. The assessment covers the AI tools your staff already use, and the plan builds on what is working. We recommend replacing a tool only when the numbers support it.
